My Approach
My style is warm, collaborative, and interactive. I see myself as an exploration partner and guide in getting to know your inner experience and patterns of behavior. From a place of deeper understanding, awareness, and compassion, we will work together to experiment with different ways of responding to difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations and make changes to build a life that is worth living for you. I prioritize deep processing and open ended exploration to better understand the root causes of symptoms as well as concrete coping strategies and skills.
Who I Work With
I work with clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum, compulsive rumination and worry, low self-esteem, OCD, difficult family dynamics, grief, emotion regulation problems, chronic pain, self-criticism and perfectionism, burnout, creative ruts, people pleasing patterns, and existential concerns.
